How long does it take to receive an order?
Items shipped from Saigon, free shipping. Delivery to Southern Vietnam: 1-2 days, Central and Central Highlands: 2-3 days, Northern Vietnam: 4-7 days. For distant locations, please order a few days in advance.
Can I come and pick up the goods in person?
Okay. Select "Pick up at store" during checkout, or message us in advance via Zalo so Protect Saigon can prepare the item at 251/16 An Duong Vuong, Binh Tan.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days if the product is defective due to manufacturing faults, incorrect delivery, or damaged during shipping. The product must be in its original sealed packaging and unused.
